These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AI Travel Translator ("the App"), developed by Next Salution. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App provides translation of scanned text, spoken language, typed text, and live conversation, powered by third-party AI services. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to misuse its features (for example, submitting content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights).

2. Translation Accuracy

Translations are generated automatically by AI and may not always be accurate, complete, or contextually appropriate. The App is intended as a general communication aid and should not be relied upon in situations where mistranslation could result in serious harm — including but not limited to medical, legal, or emergency situations. Always use judgment and seek a qualified human interpreter for critical matters.

3. Subscriptions

• The App offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans (weekly and annual) that unlock unlimited or extended access to premium features.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Where offered, a free trial converts automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled beforehand.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device, or within the App's Settings screen.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's refund policies; we do not directly process refunds.
• Free (non-subscribed) use of certain features may be limited in frequency or scope, and these limits may change over time.

4. Camera, Microphone & Keyboard Permissions

Certain features require camera, microphone, or full keyboard access, which you grant voluntarily through iOS system prompts. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device's Settings, though doing so will disable the related features.

5. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party AI services (including Groq) to perform translation and text/image analysis. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services. Service interruptions from these providers may affect the App's functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and its original content (excluding text/images you submit for translation) are owned by Next Salution and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Salution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including damages resulting from translation errors or reliance on translated content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Next Salution operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
